These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bok333 ("bok333", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bok333 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and any other services offered under the bok333 brand at https://bok333.net and its associated sub-domains.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise using any part of the bok333 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

bok333 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID — at any time to confirm age and eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual player may hold only one active account on bok333. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them. Players who have previously held a closed or suspended account must contact support before attempting to open a new account.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering your bok333 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bok333 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bok333 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bok333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds. Required documents typically include proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered email address.

bok333 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and cryptocurrency including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin, and Ethereum. All payment methods are subject to individual minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed at the point of transaction on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your bok333 wallet within 1–3 minutes under normal conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of on-chain confirmations for the relevant network. bok333 does not charge deposit fees; however, standard network or MFS processing fees charged by your provider are outside of bok333's control and are not reimbursed.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during bok333 operational hours. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing timeframes are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bok333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonus claims are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of KYC.
• bok333 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never wagered, except where explicitly permitted by a specific promotional offer.

4.4 Currency

All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. bok333 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency funds.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are clearly stated in the relevant offer page. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the deposit amount, unless the offer specifically states otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Where bonus abuse is identified, bok333 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the relevant account.

All bets placed and games played on bok333 are governed by the rules applicable to the specific sport, market, or game title in question. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing a bet or playing a game.

6.1 Sports Betting

bok333 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds are subject to change up until the moment of market closure. bok333 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's start time where the market should have been closed, where a technical error affected odds accuracy, or where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and arcade games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the relevant game provider. bok333 does not alter RTP settings below the levels certified by the game studio.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing mistake that results in an incorrect bet settlement or game outcome, bok333 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes to the player's wallet. No compensation is payable in connection with system errors or malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bok333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or different identities, for any purpose.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino or poker formats.
• Money laundering — using the bok333 platform to deposit and withdraw funds with no genuine intention to wager, as a mechanism to clean proceeds of criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional mechanics, wagering requirements, or offer eligibility criteria through systematic or deceptive means.
• Use of automated tools — deploying bots, scripts, crawlers, or any software designed to automate interaction with the platform in a way that would give an unfair advantage or extract data without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bok333 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bok333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming funds resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond bok333's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform attributable to internet connectivity issues, MFS provider outages, or blockchain network congestion.
• Actions taken by bok333 in good faith pursuant to a reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violation, or underage access.

bok333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.1 Amendments

bok333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment terms, account closure procedures, or player rights — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent on-platform notification. Non-material clarifications and corrections may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

11.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your bok333 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

11.3 Account Termination by bok333

bok333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any related policy.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require us to do so.
• Your account shows prolonged inactivity as defined in our dormant account policy (12 consecutive months of no login activity).

In the event of termination for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms), bok333 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any real-money balance will be returned as described in section 11.2 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which bok333 operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bok333, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within 10 working days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution process outlined in our formal complaints procedure, details of which are available on request.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, removed entirely.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bok333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter. No waiver by bok333 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
